We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
All returns must be authorized in advance by RetroGrade Motoring, as outlined below (“Return Instructions”).
Product must be returned in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered), with original packaging and/or tags still attached.
Original shipping charges are not refundable.
All sale products are deemed final sale and may not be returned.
Products purchased at a retailer or other reseller must be returned to the original point of purchase.
This return policy applies to the direct end user purchaser only. It does not apply to dealers, distributors, or any other third parties in a distribution chain who purchased product for resale.
- Contact us at email@example.com to request a return authorization and shipping address for the return. Please include your order number in all communication. We will respond to your request within 24 hours.
- Pack the product(s) in the original packaging and shipping box, if possible. Include a copy of the packing slip and return authorization email.
- Ship the product(s) to the address provided in the return authorization.
- Email your tracking number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.
RetroGrade Motoring is not liable for returned products that are damaged or lost in transit to us. We therefore recommend that you ship your returns using a service with a trackable, insured ship method.
Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties, and brokerage.
